SFC Noel R. Southwick was formerly in the US Navy for several years before joining the Army and the Military Police Corps. I was stationed with Noel in Germany in 1962-63. I later ran into Noel in Vietnam during 1968 and spoke with him briefly during the TET Offensive. Noel was a dedicated soldier who loved his family and his country. I'm glad I became his friend and I enjoyed serving with him.
