forget Private First Class Perry Metzler, casualty of the Vietnam War.
As a member of the Army, PFC Metzler served our country until February
14th, 1971 in Binh Dinh, South Vietnam. He was 30 years old and was not
married. Perry died from accidental self-destruction. His body was
recovered. Perry was born on October 11th, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan.
PFC Metzler is on panel 05W, line 103 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in
Washington D.C.
