Let us not forget Sergeant Dennis Ray Heerman, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SGT Heerman served our country until March 7th, 1970 in Ba Xugen, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was not married. Dennis died when his vehicle crashed. His body was recovered. Dennis was born on December 16th, 1949 in Coin, Iowa.

SGT Heerman is on panel 13W, line 092 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.
