Let us not forget Specialist Four Edward Joseph Halbert, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SP4 Halbert served our country until July 29th, 1969 in Quang, Ngai, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was married. Edward died from an undetermined explosion. His body was recovered. Edward was born on September 25th, 1948 in Steelville, Missouri.

SP4 Halbert is on panel 20W, line 070 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.
