Let us not
forget Corporal Harris Lester Collins, casualty of the Vietnam War. As
a member of the Army Selective Service, CPL Collins served our country
until April 26th, 1968 in Dinh Tuong, South Vietnam. He was 24 years
old and was not married. Harris died from small arms fire. His body was
recovered. Harris was born on September 30th, 1943 in San Angelo,
Texas.
CPL Collins is on panel 52E, line 015 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in
Washington D.C. He served our country for less than a year.
