When I got
to Hunter as a brand new 2LT, Dingus was the more experienced, wiser,
2LT that showed me the ropes. A dedicated young MP officer on a small
post, he was known and liked by everyone. He served his country well. I
still miss him, over 35 years later!

I have
missed you my friend. The rides in the red Buick and your goofy sense
of humor. You showed me how to be a good person

comfort until we arm wrestle again...
